CROSSRAIL – PLUMSTEAD MAINTENANCE FACILITY & URBAN REALM Client: ATC Value: £17³¾ • Neatly saw cutting of road / pavement surfacing. • Trench excavation for the cable laying duct installation works was carried      out using a suitable excavator in combination with hand excavation. • Pit Chambers – Installation of chambers for the cable duct entries consisted   of in-situ R.C. construction and modular pre-cast units. • All drainage from a level of 500mm below the completed finished level,        including pipes and chambers. • Manholes from above biscuit level, surface drains including ACO channels, fin   drains. • Bases to lighting columns and lighting protection barricades, including the     sleeves required for installation of columns. • Reinforced concrete foundations and cast in bolts for the bicycle shed /        motorcycle parking facility. • Modular gravel retaining system, Baffles to Car Park • Access roads from formation to surface level, Road Humps • Tactile Paving, Kerbs, Footpaths, Edging Stones • White lining to roads, entrances, carparks, and signage • Bollards and barriers; including foundations, Bicycle shed / Motorcycle         parking facility.
